Nancy loves a challenge, and she takes each one on with a great deal of enthusiasm. Her customer service orientation is exceedingly high, which resulted in employees regularly approaching her about everything HR. Nancy was tasked to run new hire orientation for all newly hired employees, full time and interns, because of this quality and others, and I think many would say that she is the face of the Austin office.
