My passion for teaching which began with elementary age children giving them the knowledge they needed to be successful in school and in life has now in retirement been redirected to helping myself and others find a healthier, all natural path to health and wellness (including weight loss). In my research, I have learned that "clean"​ means more than "washed thoroughly. It also means no GMO's, chemicals, or artifical ingredients. These ingredients contribute to our health problems making the US, who has not set regulations, now one of the sickest nations in the modern world Also important, I have learned how to discern the good, bad, and ugly in reading food and beverage labels. Knowing how to read labels properly is absolutely imperative for our health. I enjoy sharing beneficial ways to transition to real whole foods. I am convinced the ones that will pay the highest price are our children being raised in a fast food, convenience food, high carb diet culture if we don't return to real whole foods that are as "clean"​ as possible. Congressman Tim Ryan stated in Life Experience Magazine, we need a "Real Food Revolution". We all want to look and feel young and vibrant for as long as possible, Personally, I do. My goal is to fully enjoy my six grandchilren and DANCE at their weddings. At 71 with the youngest 3 years old, that will be a challenge, but I believe God has led my steps to the right places to learn and to help others.
