Although Forever Green has a great pure all natural skin care line that I love, the thing that set Jeunesse apart was its Stem Cell research and technology. Stem cell technology can rebuild tissue and at 71, that is what I need. You know me, I share what works for me.

During years with Boresha International, my eyes were opened to the Glycemic Index World thanks to the guidance and instruction of the Scientist who was head of the Glycemic Research Institute who took time to educate us in this highly important field of knowledge so we could read food and beverage labels to discern what was healthy and unhealthy in our food and drinks. I actually went from a size 10/12 to a 6/.8 . When the scientist and the head of our Sports Performance Division left, I lost confidence in the company, I left also. Although my weight began to creep but up, the knowledge i gained was invaluable

Teaching has always been my passion. I guess it is in my genes. I especially loved teaching children things they did not know that would help them succeed in school and life. I taught 23 years, grades first to fifth in Chapel Hill and Charlotte, but I was fortunate to teach my last 15 years at our neighbor school Farmington Woods Elemantary in Cary, NC
