In charge of Programmatic vision of quarterly showcase for Latino Independent Film.

•Research and track films in production, scout film festivals internationally, and negotiate deals with producers, directors, distributors and sales companies to secure the 150-title film slate of our annual film festival, AFI FEST.•Partner with US based studios and publicists to program year round screenings at ArcLight Hollywood and the Skirball Cultural Center, including monthly series, retrospectives and special events. •Recruit and manage 65 member programming and screening committees, oversee film submissions and screening process for over 3,500 films.•Supervise twenty person staff.•Work closely with Sponsorship Director to make sure Sponsor needs are met.•Past events include AFI’s 100 Years…100 Movies Screening Series, AFI Awards Screening Series, AFI’s Directors Screening Series, Charlie Kaufman, Walter Salles and Stephen Frears Retrospectives, Latin Cinema Milestones, Russian Film Festival, French Cinema Review, Annual Music Documentary series.
