My practice ranges from energy and environmental regulation and renewable energy project transactions to FDA regulatory work, assisting U.S. and international clients in the food and drug industries.

Researched and summarized historical documents related to the ratification of the Constitution, including ratification debates and newspaper clippings summarizing the debates. This research was incorporated into Professor Schwartz’s book titled The Spirit of the Constitution: John Marshall and the 200-Year Odyssey of McCulloch v. Maryland, published in 2019.
