Responsible for supporting HR programs, including administering the HR information system, affirmative action plan, and leave of absence policies. As well as various HR processes, national and international benefit administration and reconciling benefit invoices, preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork, conducting exit interviews and assembling separation packages, offering recruitment support, coordinating the service award program, and providing administrative support. Responsible for anticipating talent needs and addressing them through proactive and effective recruiting , hiring, and training. Motivate and retain existing talent by anticipating HR issues through consistent and efective application of Practices, Policies, and Legal Requirements. Ensure cyclical HR practices such as performance reviews, benefits and payroll actions are conducted in a timely manner. Track and communicate with employees on FMLA and Workers Compensation cases. Supervise employee training for orientation and ongoing needs. Ensure PeopleSoft Software and employee files are complete and up-to-date.
