Responsible for supporting HR programs, including administering the HR information system, affirmative action plan, and leave of absence policies. As well as various HR processes, national and international benefit administration and reconciling benefit invoices, preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork, conducting exit interviews and assembling separation packages, offering recruitment support, coordinating the service award program, and providing administrative support.
