Nancy D Nelson brings out the best in people. As a 25-year-old, Times bestselling author John Maxwell hired her to his leadership team. Nancy then went on to lead in the social sector, including roles where she led over 1000 women. Nancy's infectious personality and work ethic have earned her awards as a senior living activity director and executive director. For the last five years, Nancy has used her team-building and training skills as the Executive Director (ED) of Belmont Senior Living in Calabasas, California. Prior to opening this facility, she served as an ED with Sunrise Senior Living in Studio City and West Hills. As a CALA speaker, she shares her inspirational style of leading via stories, experiential application, and wisdom.
