Achieved attrition rates of 4%, well below company average. • Effectively managed at or under a $40 million+ budget with focus on reduction of expenses through efficiencies of processes and resources while maintaining strong customer support. • Served as OS Lead on global team to support IT refresh and merger harmonization of legacy company’s equipment. Wrote processes and procedures for local OS administrative support of outsourced technology. Team completed conversion of 16,000 employees within the 12-month project timeframe. • Led Project for the Americas on real estate (RE) concept change to a more open and collaborative environment while reducing RE square footage in a growing environment. Worked with local OS, Corporate Functions and local Business Leaders to create efficient processes to implement and communicate changes. Moved nine offices into this concept, and saved 20% on RE renewals.

Continually reviewed and realigned functions and processes for efficiency, quality and alignment to business objectives. Requested to participate in value-added roles in numerous global initiatives, including: - Developed new procedures and processes that aligned office services with global IT outsourcing implementation. - Developed processes, trained and led implementation of billing administrators in support of a global finance system conversion to Oracle.
