* Job production coordinator, which includes client consultation to define requirements for the project, coordinates design efforts through all production phases including establishing working time schedules and deadlines.* Consult with clients to define and identify budget for ad specialty items.* Review preliminary layout and finished artwork with client and / or graphic artist to ensure compatibility and accuracy is maintained.* Maintained inventory of files for over 500,000+ promotional items including wearable items.* Cost estimation, evaluation and recommendation for all areas of promotional items.* Coordinate the approval of a comprehensive layout with sufficient detail to gain client approval prior to execution of artwork.* Assist with the planning and development of items to be used in the following areas. (Safety, marketing, incentive, tradeshow and sales)
