Design and direct all aspects of the Schweitzer Fellowship that supports graduate students of medicine, law and engineering in developing a foundation of service as part of their professional training and development. Fellows carry out yearlong, high-impact and sustainable service projects that meet the health needs of underserved communities throughout the region. Participating institutions are Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine and Thayer School of Engineering, University of Vermont College of Medicine, Vermont and University of New Hampshire Law schools. Responsibilities include leadership development, recruitment, fundraising, community outreach and setting strategic direction.

Directed the Donella Meadows Leadership Fellows program. Convened a cross sector, international and diverse group of 20 leaders for four, multi-day residential retreats. Curriculum focused on systems thinking, reflective conversation, vision and engaging across difference.Co-led the process design and facilitation for the Meadowlark Project Leadership Laboratory, a social innovation project bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders committed to making long-term systemic change in areas of the environment, social justice and economic vitality in the northern Great Plains. Integrated innovative processes such as Deep Democracy, U-Theory, Organizational Learning, Dialogue and Circle into work with organizations and groups.Member of the Management Team.

Tish College is a university-wide initiative to make the values and skills of active citizenship a hallmark of a Tufts University education. Developed and maintained university and community partnerships and supported community-based learning initiatives for the Citizenship and Public Service Scholars and Faculty Fellows.Created curriculum and taught assets-based community development course to Citizenship and Public Service Scholars to help them develop the knowledge and skills necessary to work effectively in communities. Designed and facilitated leadership development workshops for 48 students participating in the Scholars program.

Led development and implementation of innovative and experiential workshops for teams of university personnel focused on sharing best practices and institutional transformation. SatelLife is an international not-for-profit organization whose mission is to improve global health by empowering health professionals with the information they need to heal and save lives. Managed Operations Department that provided technical and program support for HealthNet, SatelLife's electronic network for global communications on health and the environment in Africa. Worked with in-country partners to understand their needs and provide information and services more relevant to their experience.
