Prior to taking on deployments full time, I championed ERP implementations in 24 sites, Warehouse management systems (WMS) in 8 sites, and Transportation Management System (TMS) in 9.Warehouse & Distribution / Supply Chain Optimization- Through a series of progressive positions, I led the supply chain through several periods of rapid growth including five acquisitions and dramatic change in inventory management, which led to acceleration of network and 3PL optimization. I managed start-up of nine warehouses from corporate approval through site selection, food-grade construction, 3PL & 4PL selection, and execution. The transition template I created continues to be used in multiple segments today. Performance Improvement- Hand selected by senior leadership to develop and implement strategy to transform an underperforming new acquisition into an efficient, profitable operation. I coached management team in corporate culture while driving rapid improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, cost structure, and employee engagement. Service levels in case-fill and on time delivery improved from mid-30’s to 94% in under 8 weeks.
