Also managed worldwide risk management and credit and collections functions and served on 10 member senior management Company Council and on Pension and Profit Sharing Investment Committees.

As VP-Investor Relations and head of Risk Management for MagneTek, Inc., a $1.2 billion, NYSE electrical products firm, established investor relations function, managing all relations between the company and the investment community, re-engineered global risk management function , directed several elements of strategic planning process and worked as member of acquisition and divestiture analysis team. Led efforts to implement elements of Economic Value Added (EVA) type program to organization.
