We also are attracting kindred spirits who are passionate about living their calling in service of creating a world that works for all to join in conversation monthly on our Awakening Grace online radio shows. It is our intention to create a gentle shift in the world, one person, one community at a time. Contributed to strategic planning and business development for an emerging new brand Easeamine/I AM Grace with an emphasis on community development through social media. Was a significant contributor to initial funding activities including an Indiegogo crowd-funding launch.

Compass Coaching is a personal development company dedicated to bringing affordable e-coaching solutions to women through the consumer and enterprise markets.As a Certified Coach and Independent Representative for Compass, I had the opportunity to assist people in making significant shifts in their lives and business through group coaching programs and sales team development. I also served in the capacities of Coach Council and Enterprise Council member, contributing to organizational training, infrastructure and operations. Direct involvement with market research, new product development, strategic positioning and initial product launches into the hospital and home health care markets. Worked closely with senior management to establish distribution network. Worked directly with distributor's specialty sales force and the end user to establish initial client base. Supported initial product launch in the Northeast through technical product training of sales representatives, field sales call support, telemarketing, new product training and support materials. Direct involvement with all levels of management to establish pricing and rollout schedules and sales initiatives. Exhibited products at national trade shows and was involved with new business development. Provided graphic direction for corporate marketing efforts.

Development of packaging and graphics for Avitar products. Supported efforts of the regulatory affairs department to submit original 510K application. Responsible for initial outside vendor sourcing, qualification, pricing and establishment of accounts with production. Design support was also given for a variety of research/development and fee-for-service projects.

Contributed to the development of recreational and pharmaceutical equipment. Design services included ideation, concept development, supervision and presentation. Graphic design support was also given to expand the company's corporate identity system.

Functioned as liaison between consultant, client and manufacturer in the development of protective packaging solutions. Specifics included materials sourcing and pricing, vendor qualification, preparation of presentation materials, documentation and administration.

Contributed to the development of industrial, medical and consumer products. Responsibilities included research/analysis, concept development, model building, presentation, and extensive client contact. Design development sketches, presentation boards, control drawings and mechanicals were produced for a variety of keypad, control panel and nameplate applications, focusing on user interface.

Refined corporate identity graphics to enhance company image.

Designed sales brochures, advertisements, an exhibit and a sales portfolio to support corporate marketing efforts. Produced graphic illustrations for a newly released product.

Three-dimensional and graphic design solutions were applied to a wide range of household decorative accessory lines for the kitchen and bath. Concepts were presented to buyers and manufacturers for approval and prototype development. Additional projects included packaging, signage and inventory tools.

Provided comparative research and conceptualization of facades for prototypical mall stores. Responsibilities also included working drawing revisions, signage and photography.
