CurrentResponsible for developing and implementing the short and long-term marketing & communication vision for The Boston Architectural College's (BAC) brand, which promotes its unique position in the marketplace. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, development and implementation of all College marketing strategies and marketing communications, both external and internal. Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services (online and offline) in the area of marketing and communications. Direct the efforts of the marketing and communications staff of three and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of the College. Reflect, articulate, and promote the mission, vision and identity of the BAC. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of campaigns that enhance the College's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications. Manage the strategic and creative design of BAC marketing and communications activities and materials including: Enrollment Management Website Social Media Video Production Paid Digital Media Media Relations President’s OfficeResponsible for the achievement of marketing and communications mission, enrollment goals, global outreach as well as increased brand awareness and alignment with strategic plan initiatives. Work with various staff and key stakeholders to develop and maintain a strategic perspective -- based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction -- in organizational direction, program and services, decision-making; and ensure the overall health and vitality of the BAC.
