My career has been immensely rewarding, and I am now eager to leverage my extensive asset management expertise to benefit a new organization.My professional journey began in the Transaction Processing Facility Operations group, where I initially worked as an operator. Over the years, I advanced to roles such as supervisor and project manager, eventually finding my true passion in Asset Management about a decade ago. In this role, I have managed both hardware and software assets using ServiceNow, created contract records to tie them together, and ensured timely notifications for upcoming renewals.In addition to processing global laptop orders for the company, I have been responsible for managing corporate software licensing. My efforts have consistently focused on cost reduction by renewing only essential licenses and collaborating with ServiceNow developers to automate processes, thereby enhancing efficiency.My skill set extends to Purchasing, where I have handled numerous software renewals and acquisitions for the Data Center Facilities and End User Services groups. New purchases were entered into Oracle procurement, and asset-related entries were tracked in ServiceNow from acquisition to disposal, including obtaining certificates of destruction for decommissioned assets.My resume is available upon request.
