• Jumpstarted and led business development in DC Metro area, building relationships with industry partners and adding over $50 million in local opportunities to investment pipeline • Structured, underwrote, and managed over 50 real estate transactions in healthcare, education, healthy food, housing, and aging sectors, totaling over $100 million in new loans outstanding• Managed portfolio of twenty-seven borrowers, working with them to monitor progress, address challenges and achieve their strategic and capital growth goals• Led Originations team in 2018 performance, underwriting 14 transactions across US• Led Inclusive Food Systems working group, resulting in a refined strategy, new partnerships with corporations and nonprofits, and increased deal flow in the healthy food sector • Collaborated with developers, partner organizations, and CIP senior management to expand affordable housing lending into underserved neighborhoods in the East Coast and Midwest

• Led cross-functional 9-person Food Systems & Environment Investment Team in assessing business plans, engaging with industry advisors, and pitching investments• Advised initiative to reform healthcare in Detroit, creating and modeling revenue streams for a program to reduce insurance costs for hospital super-utilizers• Led due diligence efforts (product assessment, market sizing, DCF valuation and BACO social valuation) on education technology company, leading to successful $50,000 equity investment

• Led Chain of Custody team for IKEA Sustainable Rattan Harvesting project; responsible for business activities in nine provinces in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Lao PDR• Worked with communities, manufacturers, and government to make rattan processing more profitable, and achieve the first ever FSC Chain of Custody certification for rattan • Executed an environmental assessment for two major hydropower projects in Vietnam, producing an internal report and strategy for engagement with the Vietnamese government• Assisted in regional communications activities: edited the monthly newsletter, maintained WWF Greater Mekong website, and conducted workshops to train staff in four countries• Wrote successful grant proposals to organizations including The Coca-Cola Company, the World Bank, and AusAID, raising over $200,000 for WWF projects
