CurrentA lead event planner having assisted and planned the opening, training and mentoring of event staff for eleven of the twenty-five venues throughout the country. Overseeing, marketing and planning of on-premises dining parties, coordinating event space and off-premise events on behalf of The Francesca’s Brand. Responsible for planning and executing over 1200 events annually at four different locations. Helping to create, develop and implement an off-premise catering protocol and private in-home experience i.e. personal chef preparing food to create at home event for 8 - 400 guest, a program that has been implemented in all twenty-five venues. Background and formal training in culinary arts, collaborated with the Executive Chef to create the food menus, plan the event, and provide a personal experience for each customer while revamping family options, developing food friendly appetizers and main meals for off-premise events while meeting the needs of food restricted patrons
