E2 Visa Franchise Services focuses on helping US Treaty Investors meet their requirements to obtain a US Visa. This program has no cap on the number of investors (like the EB-5 program), a lesser investment requirement, and a two to three month processing time (if the investor is from a country having a business treaty alliance with the USA). If the investor is not from a treaty county (Brazil, China, India, Taiwan, and Venezuela) there is a work around for those investors by obtaining citizenship in an alliance country prior to applying for the US E2 Visa. The E-2 is a 5 year renewable visa. Minors under 21 can attend school in the USA and spouse can obtain work authorization.

As a Realtor I was invited to join the National Association of Realtors' International Policy Making Committee and its International Marketing Committee ... which I did. I was also very active with the Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Biens Conseils et Agents Immobiliers (FIABCI) .... being the International Real Estate Federation. During this period we listed and sold commercial properties in Arizona, Florida and France and Italy. I worked extensively with international investors and their attorneys. For several years we also leased and managed retail centers for clients.In 1990 (within months after the German Wall came down) I transferred my interest to Central Europe in anticipation of establishing franchising in that region. As life evolves ... instead ... I gained contracts for franchise systems interested in selling franchise licenses in many other regions and on all Continents.
