Nancy was UD Assistant Dean (student conduct) for over a decade and was awarded the prestigious Institutional Award for Women’s Equity in recognition of campus advocacy including multi-year terms as chair: Appellate Judicial Board, Council for Student Judicial Affairs, annual Sexual Assault Awareness Weeks. Nancy provided national leadership in the Association for Student Conduct Administration. She co-chaired two summer institutes, coordinated conflict resolution faculty and served as annual faculty; was program chair for two annual conferences; and was elected to a three year board position as president.
