Activities:- Formulate in laboratory new RTD dairy based beverages according to Marketing brief and consumer needs.-Contact and brief suppliers for new ingredients-Define the Nutrition Declaration and prepare FDA applications-Create the specification of finished products for the factory-Calculate the estimating cost of Raw materials for recipes-Scale up lab recipes into industrial trials and supervise commercial run in the factory-Manage analytical results based on analytical plan

Project manager who develop innovative product solutions for beverage systems.Responsibilities and Activities• Satisfy business needs by managing projects end-to-end in the area of tea capsules for Special T systems.• Drive project with cross-functional team from STC and other R&D centers to ensure speed to market for the product innovation pipeline.• Generate technical knowledge on product system interaction to deliver premium end-cup-quality.• Innovate with the business on new product concepts and collaborate with suppliers to end with the required new tea capsules for Special T system• Renovate existing products to continuously maintain significant quality and premium end cup as competitive gaps.• Provide technical assistance to our partners (AG, Factory, Business, Packaging, Sensory)• Ensure fast prototyping in the bench scale during concept phase and technical trial in the factory during the development phase• Manage safety and quality of our solutions through all stages of the projects ensuring successful technology scale-up.

Support Special-T Product Integration Team in developing and launching high quality tea blend on the key markets and thus delivering an unique in-home cup of tea.

My experience in Nestlé R&D allowed me to develop new concepts in Innovation & Renovation of NESTEA products; I drove end to end project management with bench scale development, sensory evaluation, quality tests, nutrition assessment and application of the new validated concepts to the markets. Moreover, I established excellent communication with the project team and we developed together successful tea products worldwide. Within my role support in Intelligence Protection & Competitor Analysis, I gained a broad perspective of how an organization operates in its competitive environment and how to read patents and protect idea or work with a third party without confidentiality risks.Finally, I actively participated in the building of training programs for the employees career development (a Liquid Beverage training program for new comers including technical practices in the Pilot Plant and classes in Food Science & Technologies, a Tea 101 e-training program for non-specialists in tea and guidelines on ingredient options).I got certified in the 2 first high levels tea programs of the STI in the USA (Specialty Tea Institute) and I benefited of the Nestlé training programs in Project Management and in Innovation in R&D.

Help in the development of a new tool for the quality of peaches in the fruit physiologyand biochemistry laboratory of IRTA ( Research and Technology, Food and Agriculture)

Develop new innovative food products with a school project team and present the Businessplan to the potential sponsors

-Develop and identify the interest of consumers and retailers for two new chocolate gel products from the Chocolate Factory “Dardenne"-Work as an operator in a cheese factory that produces AOC Rocamadour andhelp sell the products to the retailers and consumers on local market places.
