As a Market Community Engagement Lead:• Establish, own, and drive local new and existing Café and market strategies including sponsorships to create awareness and cultivate community partnerships for 20 locations in the Central Region.• Key National Project Management• Designed, piloted, and scaled virtual money workshops with Dress for Success nationally for 258 women. The outcomes were cascaded to continue to deliver crucial financial education workshops to local nonprofits including 100+ student athletes in Texas• Amplified national Give Back efforts to all Cafes and Austin Branches in a virtual environment to provide vital support to 31 local nonprofits nationwide while garnering 211 volunteer hours• Build and foster local community market relationships including working in consult with Community Impact and Investment to identify aligned grant partnerships, impactful volunteer engagements, while collaborating on cross functional programming and partnerships• As a mentor to Ambassadors providing coaching and consultation, 5 Ambassadors achieved promotions• Local market Subject Matter Expert to home office Lines of Business to enhance local engagement involvement while being well-managed and mitigating reputational risk.• Content curator and local brand storyteller ensuring market-level strategy is consistent with our national initiatives and Mission while amplifying brand visibility and deepening community partnerships.
