- Content Management with CMS: Manage and organize digital content for Samsung LATAM’s support site using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a leading content management system, to ensure consistency and alignment with regional marketing objectives.- Customer Satisfaction Analysis: Track and analyze customer satisfaction using the Help Content Resolution (HCR) KPI, measuring the effectiveness of support content in meeting user needs.- Performance Analytics: Utilize Microsoft Clarity for in-depth analysis of user behavior and engagement, generating reports to enhance content relevance and user experience.- Content Calendar Coordination: Develop and oversee a detailed content calendar to ensure timely updates that align with Samsung’s digital marketing strategy.- Cross-Platform Content Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of support content across multiple digital channels, maximizing customer engagement throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
