I have been practicing for 10 years. Randolph Stone, the founder of Polarity Therapy, said that “Life is energy and energy is movement”. Thus, I see my mission as helping people restore healthy, unified integrated movement into their lives. I came to the practice of energy healing after completing a Master’s Degree and pursuing PhD studies in Linguistics and then working in the corporate world. In searching for work that was more meaningful to me, I completed a Registered Polarity Practitioner Program at the Polarity Energy Healing Center in NJ and at the Ultrasonic Core Group in NYC. I continued my studies with a Energetic Listening Skills Program in NY and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Certification Program at The Wellness Institute in Washington DC. I find the aspects of the work that involve teaching are especially satisfying for me. I have taught classes for more than 15 years in 4 countries (Sri Lanka, China, South Korea and the United States), at universities, churches, support groups, conferences and in my own office. Among the topics I have taught are Linguistics, English as a Second Language, Belly Dancing, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Chakra Balancing and Meditation. I am currently developing an Associate Polarity Therapy Training Program.Since I want to learn and understand how “life is movement” and “energy is the substance behind form,” I spend a lot of time developing and exploring my ability to move: physically, through dance and rock climbing; mentally, through continued learning and exposure to new ideas; emotionally, through personal relationships and inner child work; and spiritually, through meditation and spiritual studies. I believe that the more experience and wisdom I gain, the better I can help people move through their own challenging experiences.Each of us has a spark of the divine within us giving us life. I honor that divine nature of each person as they learn to express themselves in their own way and their own time.
