• Serve as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for United Studies, Inc., which is designated by the U.S. Department of State as an Official J-1 BridgeUSA Sponsor. • Represent United Studies and its diverse constituents to provide a wide range of cultural opportunities for work and/or study in the United States, primarily focusing on the Camp Counselor and Summer Work & Travel programs.• Work with exchange visitors, international partners, and host employers to ensure participants enjoy a rewarding cultural exchange while in the U.S. • Recruit host employers for the J-1 summer work and travel program.• Engage with foreign entities to help recruit qualified exchange visitors to participate in work & travel and camp counselor programs.• Adapt to the changing domestic and international environments to grow existing programs and investigate and expand future opportunities. • Ensure participants, host employers and foreign entities fulfill the requirements of the BridgeUSA program, such as verifying required documentation, issuing DS2019 forms, troubleshooting issues and related reporting to the U.S. Department of State.• Provide marketing and public relations support, including writing and producing advertising and marketing materials.• Provide administrative support ranging from contract review and insurance negotiations, to billing and accounts receivable, etc.
