Working with the Uniting Against Lung Cancer team in planning, organzing and public relations for 'Kites for A Cure' in Southampton, NY. Consultant and Public Relations for the event that takes place every year on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekedn at Coopers Beach in Southampton!

Created program for the Town of Islip offering Free! Responsible Dog Ownership Classes to the public. Which is now going Island Wide and is being offered across Long Island In Various locations to offer this class. Canine Company is presenting sponsor! Responsible for writing the curriculum, promoting, organizing, planning, hiring trainers and vets for each and every class. Offered twice a month, parents are encouraged to bring their children 10 and over. This class is for people only! We educate people on the basics of: puppy and dog behavior, basic training techniques and tools, health and nutrition, dog park etiquette, children and dogs, and NYS dog laws.Brought the program to the Town of Huntington as well and taught it there from 2008 - 2010. This program is the first of it's kind in all of NYS! Reaching over 2,000 people so far.

Maintained 15 client accounts in various industries including: restaurants; security; yoga; sailing school; and upscale inns. Lead liaison for companies’ largest shared account. Excellent working relationships with all assigned clients. Wrote and maintained press kits for all newly assigned clients. Coached clients on different and unique promotional ideas. Pitched story ideas to all levels of press.

Coordinated recruiting services for the Mid-Atlantic region for employment opportunities in the areas of: pharmaceutical sales reps; specialty sales reps; and hospital sales reps. Organized up to twenty monthly hiring events within a two-week period. Was responsible for all aspects of hiring events and recruiting of candidates.

Oversaw the Outside Services Department and staff in the coordination of client’s booths for over 180 trade shows per year, and up to 100 different booths per show. Coordinated with the shipping department with the move in and out dates of booths both domestic and internationally, responsible for budgetary targets within our department, oversaw travel preparations for supervisors’, and maintained communication between all supervisors while they were on site. Met bi-weekly with all departments to ensure all clients need were met.

Production Coordinator for five different producers at one time, for many different projects including: preparing for upcoming trade shows, sales meetings, and commercial video/film shoots. Responsibilities also included: business meetings with clients; securing locations and vendors; interviewing and hiring talent; preparing all contacts and keeping track of payment for talent; hired laborers; prepared all travel arrangements and show books; acquired all permits; prepared proposals for upcoming jobs; oversaw editing sessions; secured music licensing rights; and organized rehearsal schedules on site and on location.Negotiated location shoots for free at well know public and private locations in and around NYC. Created various new production guides for the entire production department, and was also responsible for large prop department inventory. Assisted the camera crew with set up, lighting, and shooting of products, people and animals in various environments including: in the studio on white seam-less backgrounds, green screens and on sets. Also on locations including: cityscapes; ski slopes; office buildings; parks; and beaches.

Created and researched story ideas for developing a mini-series to air on major networks. Coordinated traffic for television commercials.Interviewed, hired and trained interns. Performed video duplication of the following formats: 1”Tape, BetaSP, Digital, 3/4” (Umatic), Hi8, VHS & SVHS. Designed, organized and maintained video tape library. Engineered all voice over sessions and acted as an audio technician on television and film shoots when needed. Also performed video editing for training videos with clients present.

Assisted producers in all aspects of news production including: preparing video footage and sound bites daily news show.Supported news anchors and reporters in researching, preparing and updating stories. Assisted news anchors in preparing scripts for each show.
