The Miami Beach market has been primarily the area I have been working in South Beach. At the starting of my career had the home base office South Of Fifth, seing many of the buildings making a land mark in the area that became to be knows as "SOBE" and "SOFI". Have lived in the city of Miami over 40 years and have worked that market as well. Very familiar with condos in Miami Beach: condo convertion, new developments sales as re-sales......and also work with the Rental Market. I take pride in customer satisfaction bringing Sellers and Buyers to sucessful transactions....Also in the personal level, I do take pride that I have a Life Time Membership in the PTA organization (Parents and Tearchers Association) in the State of Florida.
