My experience and knowledge of real estate extends to working with first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, investor purchases for income properties and educating and assisting foreign nationals who are purchasing second homes or investment properties. I have conducted several home buying seminars, some of which were in Canada, targeted to the foreign national buyer. When the housing market shifted in the mid 2000's, I continued to educate myself to stay relevant and my experience included advising clients about short sales and foreclosure opportunities. I broadened my knowledge and administrative skills and made a shift from a sole practitioner to become a successful Operations Manager for 2 of the valley's top real estate teams. This position included negotiating short sales, working directly with asset managers on distressed properties, and serving traditional buyer and sellers by handling the process from listing to "contact to close". During this time, I assisted in the advising, negotiating and closing of over 1000 sales. In June 2018, I made the career move to jump back into the market as a full time resale agent, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.I enjoy every aspect of real estate, have a strong work ethic and pride myself on my integrity and customer service.
