In 2016, she received the IIDA NY Spirit Award for dedication to the chapter and the design industry. Nancy is a VP Emeritus of the PAVE (Planning and Visual Education Partnership) Gala, a member of NEWH (the Network of the Hospitality Industry), a member of the SHOP! (the association dedicated to enhancing retail environments and experiences) and was presented the prestigious Women of Distinction Award in 2017. As an Affiliate Member of AIA and an AIA Continuing Education Passport Provider, Nancy has lectured nationwide on the advancements and trends in materials with accredited courses.
