Member of the Senior Executive Team reporting to the President.Directed and personally managed key initiatives including: o New First and Second Mortgage Internet Point of Sale application (POS) and Loan Origination System (LOS) for a significant increase in sales and expedition of new products including FHA and FNMA. o SharePoint, Project Server, VMware, Oracle Data Warehouse and proprietary developed databases and applications, Microsoft asp.net applications and SQL server upgrades using Hewlett Packard’s Mercury Quality Center and Quick Test for defect reporting and resolutions. o Upgrades and new services to the Lender Processing Systems, Inc. (LPS) Loan Servicing application o Enterprise Oracle Data Warehouse bringing one version of the truth to MIS reporting for the parent company, Federal and State regulators, internal and external auditors and rating agencies o IBM iSeries/AS400 Recovery Management System (RMS) o Oracle Partial Charge-off (PCO) system o Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Risks and Controls (RACs) definitions and process improvements.Created the Program Management Office by organizing the siloed business project managers, business analysts and quality assurance staff into a centralized team in order to increase the speed to market initiatives and provide a corporate view of projects in process. Created a business relationship manager (BRM) position and a centralized quality assurance team. Redefined the SDLC process, project approval and prioritization process and senior executive team review to ensure all business units weighed in on project benefits, approvals and priority. Directed external vendor manager selection, adherence to service level agreements, relationships, in-depth review and approval of invoices and annual corporate audit of over 100 third party vendors.

Director in Information Technology for Credit Cards. Hired to direct and lead the Information Technology project management of the TSYS conversion to TS2 from TS1, various other IT and business projects and the IT Operation Support staff.

I began my career at Bank of America as a Systems Engineer in BankCard Systems and was promoted to Systems Manager in BankCard Systems, managing the online credit card application using IBM's TPF technology, the fraud detection system and the conversion to the TSYS card system. I was promoted to SVP in 1999 while working at the Phoenix Card Center in Support Services and returned to the Bank of America Systems Engineer site in Concord leading the Card Services (Debit, Smart Cards and Credit Cards) projects and project managers.
