I'm currently servicing commercial insurance accounts for a local insurance agency.

Manage day to day needs of large commercial accounts in the Risk Management Department, gathering renewal information, prepare in depth submissions and market the accounts to the appropriate insurance companies to gain favorable quotes.• Produce renewal presentations, assist client executive in acquisition and retention of business.• Provide client services and ensure satisfaction through frequent contact with both insured and insurance companies• Initiate regular communication with in house team, insured and insurance company.• Produce invoices and maintain client contact to ensure proper and timely payments.
