As the VP of Global Marketing at Airbnb, I lead our Brand Marketing, International Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marcom and Operations teams. We're focused on driving growth by building a brand people love and bringing new products to market that make the Airbnb experience better. Prior to Airbnb, I spent 18 years working across a mix of agencies, start-ups and as a founder of a strategy consultancy building an arsenal of tools to help grow businesses big and small. Understanding the intersection between consumers and brands is my passion and finding creative ways to capture people's attention is what inspires me.
