I have an extensive graphic design experience as I previously held the post of senior designer and regional art director for many years. Currently, I run a small design consultancy named Kudos Graphics and servicing the design needs of corporate clients. I have the opportunity to work on many design projects with various blue chip companies and clients from other countries as well, many received excellent feedback. One of the major highlights was providing creative direction to major projects that spanned through 9 months and brainstorming directly with the Asian President of a Fortune 100 company. My other interest and background aside from design are UX and UI design, data visualisation, design thinking, prototyping, marketing, social media and business development. I am an experienced project manager and have regional experience in startups, setting up design department, hiring, training and mentoring junior designers; conducting town hall discussions and presentations. I was also once a part-time design lecturer at the HK Baptist University. I also have strong broadcast news graphics background, specialising in financial graphics. One of the upcoming activities in my calendar includes conducting design workshops for corporates. I am also interested and experienced in visual facilitation.
