- Responsible for several regional emergency preparedness and public health efforts of the Upper Valley (encompassing 12 towns/cities ranging from Plainfield to Piermont)- Building and maintaining relationships with community and regional partners - Serve as Medical Reserve Corp Unit Leader for the only bi-state unit in the nation, working closely with VT counterpart- Plan and oversee dozens of COVID and Influenza vaccination clinics; including vaccination of upwards of 2,000 school-aged children and 290 adults each Fall- Disseminate communications and data to community partners about statewide health and weather related emergencies or concerns- Prepare and provide reports to colleagues, supervisor, and State of NH leadership - Engage in conference presentations, poster opportunities, and present training to various audiences - Participate in regular training including; Point of dispensing, FEMA trainings, Shelter Operations, suicide prevention in BIPOC communities, cultural competency and access and functional needs training, leadership, etc.

- Responsible for administrative needs within the Division of Experiential Education including email and phone inquiries from external partners, students, and colleagues, as well as entry of pharmacy student rotation schedules and schedule changes in our learning management system- Managed reimbursement for external partners; tracking voucher balances, reviewing and processing documents, and ensuring timely turnaround to appropriate stakeholders

- Facilitated a training program for approximately 600 undergraduate students pursuing their degree in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity (EHC)- Served on a search committee within the University, co-hosted monthly 'Disability Discussions', and instructed an external internship course, served as co-chair for the CEHC Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee on Responsibilities to our Communities and Professions- Collaborated with external partners to strengthen existing partnerships and bolster the portfolio of career-readiness focused training offerings - Worked with local American Red Cross chapter to create a structured volunteer program for a small cohort of undergraduate students each semester- Collected, evaluated, and visualized data related to training offerings, registration, and attendance to utilize in driving change and improvement moving forward- Responded to student inquiries and external communications (On average, 391 emails were received per week, between August 2019 and January 2020)- Promoted internal and external training opportunities via Blackboard, Student Listserv andprinted flyers

- Supported catering events with teams of between four and twelve fellow employee's- Assisted with food/beverage preparation, distribution and sales at various athletic events on campus- Responsible for cleaning campus center eating areas to prevent the spread of allergens, contagious diseases, and to maintain a tidy and cleanly atmosphere

- Assisted professional and student staff with office management and organization- Input and evaluated data from orientation rosters and surveys on Excel spreadsheets- Managed and organized inventory and storage of orientation materials

- Collected and submitted extensive information for a New York State cybersecurity initiative- Created a spreadsheet system for tracking phone call outreach - Engaged in field missions relating to suspicious activity, security and vulnerability assessments

- Supervised and advised staff and officials on the management of field and games, and resolved disputes- Assumed first responder role in the event of injury or emergency- Responsible for de-escalating and resolving disputes among players and between players and officials/staff
