Supported the Vice President and the Executive Director of Business Excellence (BE) as well as twelve worldwide Corporate BE team members. Processed expense reports, coordinated domestic and international travel arrangements and scheduled meetings with worldwide staff. Generated new purchase orders and statement’s of work for outside vendors and contractors while working with Legal to ensure that all agreements were accurate and up-to-date. Ensured that financial spending was in-line with budget; worked closely with our internal Finance partner on actuals vs. budget, processed all invoices and updated all tracking logs. Planned and executed the Annual Business Excellence Conference in San Francisco for 100 worldwide attendees for the past two years. Previous to joining the Business Excellence group, supported the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) team as well as the Director of Facilities and provided back-up support to the EHS admin team.
