For 25 years I was a manufacturers' representative in the Jan San industry. The first 10 years I worked with my father who, until he passed away in 2014 at 97, was my mentor and still is my inspiration. The last 15 years I was the Managing Partner for Northeast Associates. We covered New England and upstate New York. During this time I was privileged to serve on several manufacturer's rep councils, industry boards such as the ISSA rep council, NESSA and MRA. In 2004 I left the agency to care for my mother, who had had a stroke. It was at this time that I started working with EYOND, Inc, the software company that developed MRSware, Northeast Associates' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales and commission tracking program. When I started with EYOND, Inc, they were pioneers in a new delivery model - Software as a Service (SaaS) - which offered customers the option of a hosted software program, accessible 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection, freeing users from the time consuming tasks of maintaining hardware or software. Today, we're all familiar with cloud computing and SaaS is commonplace. In addition to their unique delivery model, MRSware also separated itself from other software products by integrating sales and commission tracking with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). MRSware continues to enhance it's offering to our customers by providing the latest tools they need to increase their efficiency and productivity. While we have a manufacturers' rep specific software application, we also provide our CRM software to manufacturers, associations, and other businesses integrating with their ERP systems.
