Foundation Otc - Global Order Management Lead
CurrentFoundation Program – OTC Process Lead – The OTC Process Lead is responsible for the overall planning and effectiveness of the OTC process team located in the US. The OTC team was a critical part of the Foundation Program charged with aggressively launching SAP; OTC back office capabilities to more than 110 business affiliate sites over an 18 month period. The OTC team partner with the Global Process teams from RTR, PTP, the Outsourcer, the local affiliates and IT to develop and evaluate processes across all delivery channels. For each release and deployment group, there was a set of critical time sensitive activities followed by post go live support which included evaluating breakdowns, security access issues, and the resolution of technical problems stemming from unexpected business scenarios. In addition to process development, documentation and training, responsibilities included the development of change management training for Localization Leads; presenting OTC Overview and process specific training to the global Transition Management team, and creating End-to-End OTC SAP/Business process Simulations for each affiliate, and post implementation stabilization support.To enhance the relationships and team building with the local teams, a “Virtual Team Meeting” using Tandberg Video Conference Equipment was instituted. Meetings were held for each affiliate just prior to their go live date.
