Systems & Processes created included: Configuration management, IT Help Desk, Documentation management Defect/Feature Tracking, Formal Verification & Validation, Version Control, MRD, SRS, SDD.Once this division was created, I was assigned to assess the costs associated with producing each of BHL's several dozen products. This included mapping the entire production/service process including time/motion studies and cost analysis for this $70 million lab. This led to me initiating a ground up design and development of in-house EMR system for automation on inbound sample tubes and outbound reporting.I was assigned by CEO to oversee all logistics associated with the new BHL Europe offering. -
