In 2003 Nancy launched STERLING GLOBAL EXECUTIVE SEARCH, providing executive level and middle management talent for franchise organizations in all stages of growth. Sterling was a boutique firm that delivered hands-on service administered by industry professionals.

Assisted in building one of the most recognizable search firms in franchising in the 1990's, Nancy started out at Franstaff as a Research Associate. She quickly moved through the ranks managing research efforts for a team of recruiters and in 1996 she was promoted to Vice President and then became a Partner in 2000. While with Franstaff, she managed the recruiting efforts for hundreds of successful placements within the franchise community.
