Administrative support to Regional Vice President, Water Transfer General Manager and Operations Managers; responsible for weekly work schedules and revenue tracking, timekeeping, key performance indicator reports, coordination of calendars and meetings, travel planning, leadership meetings and assisted with transition to new corporate ownership. Stepped into role of interim office manager in January, 2012, managing and organizing office, and all support staff. Coordination of new 7,800 sq ft office space construction from negotiating lease terms to preparing budget, interior design, furniture selections, phone and internet system selections, oversight of daily construction work, deliveries and final office move.
