Responsible for tracking motor vehicle reports and pre-employment drug screens and keeping Kronos system up to date with new hire data during the hiring process.

Managed the recruiting process with responsibility for 3rd party recruiters, extending offers, initiating and tracking criminal background checks, motor vehicle reports, pre-employment physicals and drug screens. Streamlined the offer process reducing time from extended offer to start by a minimum of 25%. Ensured dispute process for rescinded offers met legal criteria.
