-Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation Support “Center of Excellence” for the University of California, Office of the President, providing LMS assistance and consultation to the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) community. -Participate in hiring committees of LMS administrators as needed. -Provide consultation on how best to implement compliance training for management within the LMS. -Test and deploy over 200 online EH&S training modules from third party vendors for use within the University of California LMS. -Deliver presentations and updates on the use of the LMS, including best practices, upcoming system enhancements, and guidelines for managing content. -Provide consultation on publishing online content for use within a LMS and in alignment with best practices for instructional design. -Provide consultation on instructional design with an emphasis for online delivery. -Review and provide feedback on content developed by University of California colleagues.

-Lead the LMS implementation team at the University of California, Riverside, including developing project plans for LMS deployment phases, coordinating with campus and system-wide teams to meet target dates, working to identify and secure resources needed to move project forward, and providing regular updates to campus stakeholders. -Manage the testing, configuration, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the University of California system-wide learning management system (LMS) at the Riverside campus. -Lead focus groups on implementation and use of the LMS, and develop materials including user guides, websites, and training materials to support the use of the LMS. -Troubleshoot all problems related to implementation and use of the LMS, and work with campus and system-wide resources to resolve issues. -Working with subject matter experts, develop online tutorials in support of the diversity certificate program. -Work with campus departments interested in developing online training on best practices for instructional design, authoring tools, and assessment considerations. -Direct work of additional LMS administrators at the UC Riverside campus, ensuring system is maintained and customers are supported.

-Managed Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) training program for a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students. -Established and implemented processes for the development of EH&S courses based on regulatory and instructional design standards and coached EHS staff on training design and delivery. -Worked with managers and supervisors to identify EH&S training needs and develop customized training programs for their departments. -Coached EH&S department leaders on writing customer centered documents and training presentations. -Reviewed and edited documents, procedures, web pages and publications produced by EH&S staff. -Identified requirements and assisted with developing proposal for a learning management system.

-Environmental Safety Industrial Hygiene (ESIH) training administrator for 4 different manufacturing sites in Illinois, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. -Provided support on identifying training requirements based on regulatory requirements, documenting, and then reporting on those requirements. -Led the global Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) team responsible for identifying EH&S configuration needs and implementing the corporate-wide learning management system (LMS).-Worked with global EH&S team to establish and implement standard training titles and descriptions, developed marketing plan for implementing the LMS for EH&S training, and routinely provided updates to management and stakeholders on status of implementation. -Provided demos, training, and one-on-one instruction to learning coordinators, managers, and users on best practices for the LMS. -Provided guidance to EH&S subject matter experts on best practices for the development of training.
