LeanTaaS is a software company that uses lean principles and predictive analytics to mathematically match the demand for expensive, constrained healthcare resources – operating rooms, infusion chairs, etc. – with supply. More than 100 providers across the nation – including Stanford, UCSF, UCHealth, and New York-Presbyterian – rely on LeanTaaS’s iQueue cloud-based platform to increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs. iQueue for Operating Rooms is a lightweight, cloud-based SaaS platform that mines OR case data to objectively optimize block schedules by matching the supply with demand for block time. The solution also provides actionable transparency to key metrics for surgeons and administrators, and creates a block exchange platform that makes it easy for surgeons to release blocks they don't need, and to request additional blocks.
