I'm a problem solver. I've worked as a graphic designer and photographer on literary and journalistic projects and, for a good portion of my career, as a web designer and content manager with emphasis on digital marketing in a wide variety of social media and business applications. All of this describes my technical skills; they do not accurately describe what I can offer my team and organization. Some of my strengths include: - I love to learn. I’m constantly striving to improve and I enjoy keeping my team on the cutting edge of things. - I’m excited when I can captivate an audience by transforming thoughts and actions into stories, images, examples, and metaphors. Pitching ideas, reporting data and connecting with others in meaningful ways to inspire others to act.- My imagination is fired when I’m solving problems, developing ideas and serving as a sounding board to help others “stretch” and discover new ways to find solutions or enhance the quality of their work. No challenge is too big!- I strive to develop close, caring, and trusting relationships with my clients and colleagues. I feel happiest when I can work hard with them to achieve a goal. Many of my freelance clients have worked with me form more than 15 years.- I love including the "wider circle" in daily life. Finding people and resources to enhance and help discover solutions to enhance the overall experience: that's what it's all about. I'm always looking for new challenges, opportunities, projects and partnerships!Career Objectives: My greatest weakness is that I’m not ambitious in the traditional sense of the word, or competitive in any way. I’m not after titles or higher pay. My goals are to grow as a professional and to build long lasting relationships with my colleagues and clients. I describe myself as a maker, because what I love to do is to be hands-on building and creating, collaborating and discovering new resources. I’m not afraid of responsibilities and I never shy away from a challenge.
