Overall Goal of contract renewals was achieved on 100% of strategic accounts,• Developed and managed a project for small hospital accounts to receive “virtual” service and training thus positively affecting contract renewal rate. Responsible for business analysis, strategic plan development and overseeing the CRM activity on the accounts.
