I developed an interactive Mindfulness training program to improve emotional awareness and regulation as well as a mindfulness meditation program that were both incorporated into the centre's already existing treatment program. I provided primary childcare services for five children ages 2, 3, 5, 6, & 7. Two of the children had a diagnosis of autism, one child had ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and one child had severe allergies and medical needs.
