I took over the Mount Pleasant Location as Store Manager. I was responsible for all aspects of management and brought profitability back to a failing business.This company continues to close down locations so I am seeking a position with a more stable company.

I assisted in the opening and staffing of this new swimwear boutique. I was responsible for all aspects of management including operations and inventory, personnel development and sales performance, scheduling and maintaining proper payroll levels. I was responsible for scheduling, training and delegating responsibilities to my employees, customer service, merchandising and setting sales. I was transferred to the Men's and Accessories department Managing this area included Men's clothing and gifts, Women's jewelry and accessories, Children's gifts, and luggage. My basic responsibilities were the same in this department as they were in the Home area.
