Responsible for the development, implementation and management of systems, process, governance and integration of system related activities specific to the TGS (TEKsystems Global Services) business lines and supporting departments (IT, HR, OSG, Engagement Services, Sales and Global Quality Office). Worked in conjunction with the TEKsystems support groups and the Global Services business lines to build and maintain effective systems, standards and tools and integrate best practices across all operating units. Responsible for the successful project management (planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing) of assigned chartered initiatives. • Point of contact with 7+ years’ experience managing SharePoint environment (800+ active sites), user access and custom security for all TGS business lines and supporting departments.• SME Support Desk contact for SharePoint, Siebel and in-house custom applications (Budget Tracker, Recruiter Spread Database and reports, Prosodie RMT)• Active Directory management of 3,200 accounts for SharePoint environment• Provided training in individual and group settings for internal users of all levels on the use of SharePoint, and custom applications• Managed site status and archiving to reduce cost of hosted server data storage for web servers hosted at Rackspace• Managed Customer Satisfaction Survey process and reporting for internal and external customers, provided custom feedback reports to Infrastructure Delivery, Application Services, and Proposal Mgmt teams• Documented processes and user manuals library for automation tools and processes for Support Desk team• Developed and maintained data governance programs for systems and data• Responsible on a day to day basis with the following general areas: Reporting, Applications support, Application Deployment, Server Management, Application Development, Data Management, Project Prioritization, Documentation and Team Supervision.
