As a Single Family residential Construction Manager, I am currently responible the subdivisions in the McKinney TX area. I am responsible for the start of the homes through the 45 of warranty. I am responsible for all of the building process and holding trades accountable while mantaining top of the line survey scores from the homeowners. I have a personal goal of always being one of the top five builders with in any company. In 2020, I was nominated as Beazer’s Builder of the Year for the Dallas Builders Association McSam Awards. It was an honor to become one of the finalist for the 2020 McSam Awards.

As a Single Family residential Construction Manager, I am currently responible for two communities. I am responsible for the start of the homes through the 2 year warranty. I am responsible for all of the building process and with the homes are to company quality standards. Currently I am starting 5-7 home and closing 5-7 a month. I am building in Hidden Cove which is in Frisco and Woodridge Estates which is in Oakpoint.

I provided all secretarial and clerical support for 5 departments. I maintain and replenish inventory of all supplies within company to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training new employees. I schedule all meetings and parties within the company. Ensure all filing systems are maintained and up to date. I respond to all customer enquires and complaints. I also arrange regular testing of all safety devices and asset when building is being inspected.

Working on a 60 day contract with Aerotek for Burns & McDonnell. I am the Construction Administrative Assistant for a four man construction office at the GEUS Greenville Engery Power Plant. Currently overseeing all the paperwork and entering it into Burns and McDonnell's data base. Also responible for updating all construction plans.

• As an office manager/administrator, I supervised the office and administrative achieves to maximum expense control and productivity. I helped develop procedures and policies for office activities such as filing, dictating, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution. Daily responsible include but not limited too answering phones, maintenance to office equipment, ordering supplies and materials, time cards, invoicing, billing, controlling daily schedule and assisting the manufacturing and accounting departments as needed.

I am currently looking for the right opportunity within the right company but also enjoying spending time with my children. Am currently duing alot of networking while working on all the small job around the house that have been put off for so time now, going to PTA meetings, volunteer work at the school and helping out at my parents with much needed work around the house.

As a field manager III I was apart of a experienced construction team that was directly responsible for a neighborhood from the start of a community to the first year of warrenty. I am responsible to ensure homes were built within high quailty standards, with a built time and a budget while still holding contractors responsible for the safety of the jobsite and theirselves.

I was the owner and the operator of Pro-Covers.As owner I was responsible for, but not limited to, hiring of employees, getting more contracts, budgeting, ordering all materials and supplies, keeping inventory on all materials, scheduling all work, and the bookwork which comes along with a business. Pro-Covers was contracted by home builders to install window mask to windows to protect from brick mortar also install protective material over flooring surfaces to protect it from getting damaged.
