I hold a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce, with over three years of experience in mental health services and a focus on adult education since 2020. My passion is rooted in creating lasting, positive impacts within diverse communities, particularly through adult education and workforce development for marginalized populations.As the Director of Programs at Wilkinson Center, I lead a dynamic team of managers, educators, data specialists, student support staff, case managers, and employment coaches. Together, we provide comprehensive career readiness support, conduct assessments, and deliver financial literacy and wraparound services. My approach centers on personalized coaching and goal-setting to empower individuals to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable independence.
