Early childcare education is a fast-paced environment full of excitement. Over the past few years in my career, I have grown to become passionate about education and all the fun factors that come with it. Being the Operations Associate for FantastiKids Mgmt. has been a joyful roller-coaster. The company has four preschools in the following locations: Palm Beach Gardens, Sebastian, Ocala, and our newest school, Kissimmee. From learning the background of early childhood education, to spending time with the children in the classroom, I have learned not only to be patient, kind, and understanding, but also learning how to become a better leader for my team and being more involved with the community. In just a few years, I have made many accomplishments in my career. Within a year, I have obtained my Child Developmental Associate certificate as well as obtained the National Administration Credential and the state of Florida Directors license. Aside from receiving these credentials, I am currently enrolled at Palm Beach State College to obtain my bachelor’s degree in business management. Working fulltime and attending school has been challenging but has helped me juggle multiple tasks at once. On my spare time aside from work and school, I truly enjoy spending time with my family. I have two nephews whom I adore giving all my attention. From swimming in the pool to fishing in the lake, spending time with my boys allow me to enjoy life and cherish the memories being created. I work a great deal now to one day acquire my own preschool and become the best preschool in town.
