• Conducting women in leadership interactive workshops to unleash their potentials • Managing, coaching, and developing members of the food safety team on technical and interpersonal skill levels.• Delivering on-the-job and session-based food safety training for all food handlers.• Performing risk assessments of food safety key performance indicators to evaluate and taking initiatives for improving existing food safety procedures• Maintaining close communication, collaboration, and follow-up with food safety supportive functions to ensure food safety requirements are in place.• Implementation and updating Food Safety Management System as per ISO 22000: 2005, ISO 22000:2018 and Hilton HACCP manual requirements for Hilton Cairo Heliopolis and Woldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis • Monitoring all outsourcing service providers for the food safety activities.• Conducting internal audits and take the necessary actions to address the outcomes of external audits
